Happy MLK Day friends! My Grandpa Mel Hutchins passed away about a month ago and i thought this would be a cool story to tell on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, as told by my mom: "One story I love about dad is the story about his friend Charlie Cooper. In the early 1950’s, before the civil rights movement in America, and when race segregation was still prevalent in the south, Dad was playing basketball for the Pistons, who had just signed their first black player to receive an NBA season contract, Charlie Cooper.   baja2 from Courtney Holmes on Vimeo. Ever since i was a little girl, my dad has raced race cars off-road in the Baja series. It's always been a family affair. Selijalandfoss Falls   Skogafoss Waterfalls  Solheimasandur Plane Wreck  Dyrholaey Arch Fjadrargljufur Canyon - any of these spots look familiar from the Justin Beiber "I'll Show you" vid? ;)   THE NORTHERN LIGHTS - one of the craziest, most surreal things I've seen! Glacier Lagoon Godafoss Waterfalls   Blue Lagoon Surfing - Amazing experience surfing in the snow! Go with Arctic Surfers! If you end up going to Iceland I would recommend driving around the entire island! Catching up with @rocamoon

Tell us a little about yourself! Well, Hi haha Im Mona-Jane Hannemann. Born and raised, and I guess a proud Kiwi girl (New Zealand). It was a dream of mine to visit Hawaii, and love had me settle here and its truly some sort of Paradise. I love the ocean and that has definitely grown in many ways from living here. Im a mum, wife, nature obsessed, fitness addict and adrenaline junkie, always looking for some kind of adventure that hopefully involves ice cream along the way.    What inspired you to get into health? I have always been active and into sports my whole life because I purely just enjoyed and thrived off it. As I got older I...
