ALL ORDERS made during our WAREHOUSE SALE are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. No exceptions.

For all other purchases, you have 10 days after you receive your suit to send it back if it didn't work out for any reason. The 10 day policy is strict, and if not sent back and postmarked within 10 days, no refund will be issued and the suit will not be sent back to you.
Hygienic liners and hangtags still need to be intact, and the item cannot be damaged, used, or washed in anyway. Returns/exchanges not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender. We do not refund shipping fees or offer Return Shipping Labels. If you'd like an exchange please send a note with the suit saying what suit you would like. We will send you the exchange if we have the suit in stock, if not we will issue a refund.
PLEASE NOTEWe recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method to track your exchange or return. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend not requiring a signature as we are in and out of the office, and you will have to work with USPS to get it redelivered if we are out.

Any issues with the quality of your suit need to be addressed within the 10 day policy window, otherwise they cannot be replaced or refunded.

If the tracking information provided has reported a successful delivery or attempt but you have not received it please contact USPS 1-800-222-1811, or your local delivery service. Please understand that we can’t take responsibility for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address. Because of this we recommend buying the Route shipping insurance. Any redeliveries will also need to be scheduled by the customer through USPS or your local delivery service if international. If you purchased Route insurance and need to file a claim, please go to the below link. Please be aware your route number was sent to you, and is not the same as your USPS tracking number.
For international orders all inquiries will need to be through your local postal service. We highly recommend purchasing our Route shipping insurance for all international orders.
Our standard return policy applies to any products purchased with a ELE SWIMS Gift Card. We will re-apply the returned amount back onto the original Gift Card. If you used a credit card in addition to a ELE SWIMS Gift Card to pay, we will credit your card the amount originally charged and place the remaining balance onto the Gift Card used when making your original purchase. For international orders, customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country, these are nonrefundable.
Promotion codes are valid for a limited time only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel at any time. Promotion codes cannot be combined with other offers. Promotion codes and sale prices cannot be applied to past orders.

All of our swimwear is thoroughly color tested before approved. When there is a discoloration issue, it is a problem with improper chlorination in a pool or jacuzzi. This is something completely out of our control, and something we are not responsible for.
