All purchases made during our Spring Sale are exchange only, no returns. No exceptions. You are allowed one exchange based on availability. Must be sent back within 10 days of receiving it to exchange.
All purchases made in our sale/clearance section are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. No exceptions.
For all other purchases, you have 10 days after you receive your suit to send it back if it didn't work out for any reason.
The 10 day policy is strict, and if not sent back and postmarked within 10 days, no refund will be issued and the suit will not be sent back to you.
Hygienic liners and hangtags still need to be intact, and the item cannot be damaged, used, or washed in anyway. Returns/exchanges not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender. We do not refund shipping fees or offer Return Shipping Labels. If you'd like an exchange please send a note with the suit saying what suit you would like. We will send you the exchange if we have the suit in stock, if not we will issue a refund.
We recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method to track your exchange or return. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend not requiring a signature as we are in and out of the office, and you will have to work with USPS to get it redelivered if we are out.

Any issues with the quality of your suit need to be addressed within the 10 day policy window, otherwise they cannot be replaced or refunded.
